Bill's diverse career experiences over twenty-five years in Human Resources profession, inspired him to build a full service HR consulting firm that provides value support resources, professional services and quick response to customer requests.
His ability to implement innovative HR solutions comes from his strong Human Resource Generalist background which includes facilitating organizational change, performance management, policy / benefit restructuring, workers compensation loss control, management coaching, training design, team building and alignment to business visions. He has both labor /negotiations skills and strengths in assisting organizations to maintain union-free status. Bill's talents expand from facility and HR department startups to facility downsizing and closures.
His career responsibilities with management and executive positions have been in environments ranging from manufacturing, IT technology, AG business, distribution, real estate management, and government contracting. He has held executive and management positions within such companies as Ingersoll-Rand, Textron, A.O.Smith, Bunn-O-Matic Corporation, and Washington Brick & Terra Cotta Companies
In addition to working within the private sector, he has assisted government and educational institutions by providing them with focused training solutions. Bill has an undergraduate degree from Winona State University, is a certified trainer with Development Dimensions International (DDI) and has his Senior Professional Human Resources Certification from HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) of the Society for Human Resource Management.

M. Candice Bakey, PHR
Co-founder and Vice President
Throughout her career, Candice has assisted organizations and individuals at all levels to enhance their leadership skills. As a strong HR generalist with over fifteen years of experience, she has been instrumental in realigning benefits, compensation strategies and recruitment practices to maximize business objectives.
Her experience includes HR department design, AAP compliance, performance management, facility downsizing / closure, leadership development, training design, and succession planning. She has both labor /negotiations skills and strengths in assisting organizations in maintaining union-free status.
Candice's extensive human resources background in industrial / retail manufacturing, food processing and foundry aerospace has provided her with the core knowledge and experience to bring bottom-line results when preparing organizations and their people for the customer challenges of the future. She has held management positions within such companies as Greenlee-Textron, Emerson Electric, Sweet Street Deserts, Hockmeyer Equipment Corporation, Fansteel Inc., and Pangborn Corporation.
Candice has her Professional Human Resource certification from HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) of the Society of Human Resource Management and is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business.
