    Evaluating Training Effectivenesss

    At Catalyst Connection, Inc., we utilize benchmarking, pre/post program measurement, performance testing and/or 360-degree feedback to ensure an organization’s return on its training investment. The key to all effective training is the ability to measure against set criteria and standards and to ensure that there has been a definite transfer of skills and ability to the learner. During our assessment it is our goal to leave behind the necessary tools to allow your training professionals to continue to present effective training applications.

    Training Assistance / Your Programs

    Organizations today depend on both speed and effectiveness when conducting employee training. At Catalyst Connections, Inc., we realize that there are times your internal training staff are unable to meet accelerated deadlines and may require assistance in the presentation of your programs.

    If you require temporary instructor assistance in presenting packaged or in-house training, we can provide that support. As certified instructors in DDI(Development Dimensions, Intl) and Zenger-Miller Programs, we can also assist you as an additional instructor source.
