Employment decision includes hiring, work assignments, compensation, promotions and terminations.

Are you ready to defend your hiring and termination decisions?

Accurate record keeping is important because it allows you to prove compliance and should you have a complaint that results in an audit, it makes it easier to conduct internal investigations to respond to the formal complaint.

What are the penalties associated with non-compliance in annual reporting and mandated posting?

Fines or imprisonment, and definitely exorbitant legal fees defending your position.

Compliance with EEO regulations is no easy task and can be time consuming from your immediate business needs. At Catalyst Connections, Inc. we can help you set up systems and processes to address your compliance issues, EEO reporting assistance and complaint responses.

They must also understand legal obligations under the WARN Act and if it applys to their current situation.
